Mad Tom Notch 14 - September 6 2019

For the third time I'm telling myself that was the last Trail Magic of the year. Can't help wondering if I'll be telling myself that again in a few days. Hiker numbers are dwindling to the point of a poor cost/benefit ratio.

Fifteen hikers were served this time. Most of them were in two groups: a group of five girls and a high school orientation group.

On the way home I stopped at the parking lot on the other side of Bromley Mountain where two hikers had just arrived. Even though they were going to spend the night in town they were quite happy to feast on fruit and drinks.

If I don't get the urge to do another final final final final trip I'll post a season summary in a few days.
